Sort out our problems quickly.  You copied everything from our old computer onto a disk so that it could be used with our new computer.  I really appreciated your help with sorting out the connection of my new projector and the Ethernet / wifi. You are always my first port of call if I have IT problems! 

Provide an honest, reliable service. My IT skills are about zero so I felt really out of my depth when I wanted to buy a laptop last year. I really felt I could trust you not to ‘oversell’ me anything (which really wasn’t the impression I got from the chain stores I visited!) – I simply explained my needs and you filled them. In the times I’ve been to you since, everything has always been done in the time I expected it to be done, updates on progress were provided where necessary and everyone there was helpful and polite.
